Resolved

We have resolved a partial service outage that affected our call routing servers between 3:30 PM EST and 4:30 PM EST. During this time, some users may have experienced application errors when attempting to access or generate tracking numbers.

Our engineering team identified the root cause as an issue with the underlying infrastructure and implemented a fix shortly after detection. All systems are now fully operational and working as expected.
